If you would like to consult with Coach Michael Collins on your swimming, cycling, running or triathlon techniques, improving your technical racing skills, make your training more effective, or fine tune your race strategies specific to your upcoming races here’s how you can do it.
Triathlon Camp

Attend a 3 or 5 Day Personal Camp in Irvine CA

Triathlon Camp


Camp includes technique and video analysis in all 3 sports. Training Program review. Strength training assesment, nutrtition suggestions, racing strategies, and much more! Schedule is customized for your visit to work on what you are most interested in improving.

A PERSONAL TRIATHLON CAMP includes the following:

  • Initial interview to discuss training and racing history, upcoming events and goals, and biggest areas of interest for improvement.
  • Initial Video Technique Evaluation in each sport (Swim-Bike-Run)
  • Instructional videos to view to shorten your learning time.
  • 1-2 daily instructional sessions for technique and training development
  • 1-2 daily group training sessions with Multisports OC
  • End of camp video analysis to see improvment
  • Wrap-up interview to discuss suggested follow-up actions to meet your performance goals.
  • Free Airport Pick-up and drop-off if coming from out of town (to John Wayne, Orange County, CA SNA).

10:30-11:30am Run Technique & Video Analysis
12:00-1:00pm Swim Training w/ Group (Optional)
1:00-2:00pm Lunch and discussion of technique, & training principles
2:00-4:00pm Bike Fit, Skills, and interval practice
4:00pm + Free time (optional instructional video viewing)

Day 2
7:45-9:15am Swim Training w/ Group
9:30-11:30am Bike training w/ Group
11:30-12:00 Transition run off the bike
12:00-1:00pm Lunch and discussion
1:00-4:00pm Free time (optional instructional video viewing)
4:00-6:00pm Technique & Training instruction and discussion

Day 3
8:00-10:00 Trail Run w/ group (May be Bike/Run Combo)
10:00-11:00 Break
11:00-1:00 Swim Technique Training & Follow-up video for Swim & Run
